Alumina Brazing Fixture

Application:  Production tooling is a common application of machined ceramics.    This brazing fixture is an example of Alumina tooling that CiDRA® Precision Services, LLC has manufactured  for many years. 

Features:  The hardness and geometric features of this 99.8% Alumina fixture necessitates a series of high speed diamond milling and drilling operations, followed by flat grinding to within a 25um tolerance.
