Fused Quartz Resonance Filter

Application:  CiDRA® Precision Services, LLC has not been privy to the end application of this part, but it is an excellent representation of CiDRA® Precision Services, LLC’s thick glass machining capabilities.

Features:  Starting from a blank of fused quartz, this device is shaped and drilled using a high speed diamond milling and drilling CNC work center and then ground to thickness with a 75um tolerance.  All of this is done without chipping at the edges or holes.
