Optical Windows with Holes

Application:  In some optical systems, space is so tight that conventional optical path routing is not always possible.   In these cases, CiDRA® Precision Services, LLC has been asked to drill holes in off-the-shelf optical elements to create unencumbered optical pathways through these elements.

Features:  This particular off-the-shelf,  borosilcate optical window has a 2mm diameter hole drilled through its center.
