Desirable Sales Representative Qualities
CiDRA® Precision Services, LLC, a rapidly growing company, is looking for seasoned sales representatives on a regional basis. With today's high-tech products demanding tighter tolerances and specialized materials, our capabilities positionus as a preferred manufacturer of components for Medical Devices, Life Science hardware, Homeland Security & Defense equipment, Optical modules and many other high-tech applications.
Regions of interest are:
- Connecticut
- New York/New Jersey
- Washington DC / Maryland / Northern VA
Desirable Qualities:
- Well established, in-depth relationships with high tech customers. Biotech, Medical Device, and Defense customers are particularly valued.
- Sales personnel should have 5 to 10 years experience selling components and/or custom manufacturing services to biotech tool and medical device OEMs, and have the technical acumen to appreciate the uniqueness of machine processes and applications involving difficult-to-machine materials such as glass, sapphire, ceramics, and hard metals.
- Long standing relationships with principals with complementary product lines. Product lines can be complementary in terms of processes, materials, or applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-level customer relationships, understanding their competitive strategies and issues.
- Build strategic partnerships with customers around premium performance services.
- Assist and interface with Regional resources to accelerate closure rates and increase order volume.
- Communication of successes and failures with supporting recommendations for territory and business improvements to the total solutions offering.
- Strong understanding of customers and markets.
- Possess high energy and the drive to succeed.
